Security Tips for Accessing EasyBank Online
- For secure online transactions, always connect from your home or office computer, and avoid public networks.

- Regularly monitor your bank accounts. If you notice anything suspicious, contact our Customer Service team immediately:

- Once you're done with your transactions on EasyBank Online, log out from the menu.
- If any suspicious activity is detected in your account, EasyBank will contact you for verification. Keep in mind that we will never ask for sensitive information.
- Keep your antivirus and browser up to date.
To protect yourself from email fraud:
- Always be careful about the content of your messages, especially when it comes to sharing your full account number.
- Do not reply to emails from companies claiming there’s an issue with your account and asking for financial information. Just delete them.
- Protect your email privacy, avoid posting your personal details on public platforms such as websites or social media to minimize spam.
- Discard any emails that ask for your passwords or bank account information. Remember, EasyBank and other trusted banks will never ask for this type of data.
